Adv. Ilan Kremer is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Ilan has unique expertise in all aspects of real estate including entrepreneurial projects, income-yielding real estate, urban renewal, Pinui Binui [Evacuation and Reconstruction], planning and construction, development, taxation, contracting and financing of projects in Israel and has been involved in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Israeli economy in recent years.
Adv. Ilan Kremer is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Ilan started his professional career with the firm’s Real Estate Department and has since accumulated substantial and varied experience.
Ilan has unique expertise in all aspects of real estate including entrepreneurial projects, income-yielding real estate, urban renewal, Pinui Binui [Evacuation and Reconstruction], planning and construction, development, taxation, contracting and financing of projects in Israel and has been involved in some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Israeli economy in recent years.
Ilan’s work requires him to handle a wide range of issues:
Legal support in complex real estate transactions, starting from the sale and purchase of land or in combination transactions of all types, through to intricate transactions to acquire projects or land to be promoted for development and/or for immediate realization.
Providing ongoing support and advice to developers and/or landowners on various issues and providing back-up on each project and at every stage, from acquiring the land through to tax planning, planning the project, project realization, financing, construction, marketing and registration, including providing support in contacts with all relevant authorities.
Ilan also accompanies clients on the management and legal issues involved in many real estate projects such as shopping malls, business and/or industrial parks, as well as ongoing issues with landowners and/or tenants and/or authorities and/or public institutions, relating to all aspects of the planning and construction, financing and marketing of large scale commercial and residential ventures.
Accompanying promoters on all legal aspects of the construction and marketing of residential and/or commercial and/or logistics projects.
Providing legal support on real estate issues relating to infrastructure projects in Israel.
Providing legal accompaniment on various issues relating to the Israel Land Authority and representing commercial entities, land owners, the agricultural sector, etc.
Accompanying public sector and private clients in planning procedures and in the establishment of both public and private projects.
In parallel with his specialist work in real estate, Ilan also has particular expertise in the field of public transportation where he represents a leading Israeli transport company, as well as in general commercial law where he represents a diverse range of clients operating in the commercial and manufacturing sectors including jewelry, sports and leisure, technologies and the capital market. Ilan provides his clients with all their legal requirements by adopting a commercial mind-set and supporting them in handling exceptional or strategic events that occur at the companies he represents. This includes mergers and acquisitions, complex sales transactions, investment and loan agreements, international commercial agreements of all types, including licensing agreements, distribution and franchise agreements, etc.
In addition, Ilan was personally ranked as one of the 40 most promising young people in the real estate field for 2020.
Ilan provides his clients with legal and commercial support at the highest professional standard.
