The legal team of the Real Estate Department has acquired vast experience and extensive expertise in all legal aspects of real estate projects through the provision of support to entrepreneurs and property owners for residential real estate projects, and handling complex income-producing real estate projects, as well as all facets of real estate financing including dealing with financing entities, land taxation, and representing the financial bodies providing real estate financing, managing urban renewal projects, planning and building, buyers groups, multi-ownership of properties and land in settlement proceedings, etc.
Ilana completed her internship at the firm in 2022, and joined as a lawyer in 2024.
