Inbal Rahamim-Avital serves as a legal counsel and actively manages various complex proceedings, including bankruptcy, debt restructuring, freezing orders, claims against corporate officers, and more. Inbal provides legal guidance to businesses, shareholders, companies, directors, and corporate officers on a variety of legal matters, including corporate governance, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and provides legal opinions and advice in these areas. Her clients include leading commercial and aviation companies.
Inbal writes articles on various legal topics and prepares diverse legal opinions for companies. Prior to joining the firm, Inbal worked as a legal assistant to Hon. Eitan Orenstein, the President of the Tel Aviv District Court, and previously as a legal assistant to Hon. Yehuda Fergo, both during his tenure as President of the Magistrate Courts in the Central District and as a senior judge at the Tel Aviv District Court. During this time, she also served as a mediator at the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court.
In the past, she also served as a teaching assistant for a corporate law course at the college of management academic track.
