Itzchak (Itzik) Blau is a Partner in the firm’s Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities Dept.
Itzchak (Itzik) Blau, having specialized for the last 30 some odd years in all facets of commercial law, particularly capital markets, corporations, and securities, joined Firon Law Firm in 2018, together with his team, after having been a partner for many years in a leading law firm and then, for more than a decade, heading a boutique law firm comprising 15 attorneys.
Itzchak (Itzik) Blau, having specialized for the last 30 some odd years in all facets of commercial law, particularly capital markets, corporations, and securities, joined Firon Law Firm in 2018, together with his team, after having been a partner for many years in a leading law firm and then, for more than a decade, heading a boutique law firm comprising 15 attorneys.
Mr. Blau has stood out for many years as a commercial law attorney with diverse talents that enable him to provide his clients with a full and comprehensive spectrum of solutions in all aspects of commercial law. These talents are ingrained in the combination of his high level of legal understanding and ability coupled with his in-depth knowledge of business, economics, and accounting. All of this has made Mr. Blau an integral part of the strategic planning team of each of his clients’ senior management groups, including leading international and Israeli corporations, and above all – earned him a position as their unquestionable confidant.
In his decades of practice, Mr. Blau has assisted and taken part in a wide variety of his clientele’s transactions and business activities in Israel and numerous other countries in the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia, adroitly handling public offerings, private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, debt arrangements, financing deals, real estate transactions, varied business collaborations, and more, placing Mr. Blau as a premier attorney with extensive and diversified legal and business experience.
