Lidar Yarin

Lidar Yarin is an associate in the Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities Department at Firon Law Firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Lidar worked for several years as an accountant in a several leading accounting firms.

During her studies, Lidar helped in a workshop called “Law and judgment has gone to action” in honor of the judge Dalit Vered at the Tel Aviv Magistrates court.

Besides, Lidar participated in the “Ofek Excellence” project, while during her time there, she escorted and guided different students and even was a member of the “Shaarei Mishpat” magazine.

Lidar joined the firm in 2020.

The Department for Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities supports the firm’s clients throughout the lifecycle of public companies: initial public offerings (IPOs), raising capital and debt for publicly traded companies, mergers and acquisitions, and delisting companies from trading. In addition, the legal team provides solutions for complex issues relating to company and securities law, advice to independent committees, advice in the field of corporate governance, crisis management for public companies and corporations which are required to report all incidents, representation in various litigation proceedings and more.
