Lital Ichye

Lital Ichye is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Department.

Lital has vast experience in the registration of real estate transactions, with focus on registration of rights and complex transactions projects.

In addition, Lital specializes in the registration of urban renewal transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Lital worked at the Ministry of Justice, Land Registry and Settlement of Rights.

Lital interned at Avraham Bar Law office in the fields of Real Estate and Municipal Taxation.

Lital joined the firm in 2022.

The legal team of the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Financing Department has acquired vast experience and extensive expertise in all legal aspects of real estate projects through the provision of support to entrepreneurs and property owners for residential real estate projects, and handling complex income-producing real estate projects, as well as all facets of real estate financing including dealing with financing entities, land taxation, and representing the financial bodies providing real estate financing, managing urban renewal projects, planning and building, buyers groups, multi-ownership of properties and land in settlement proceedings, etc.
