Maya specializes in commercial law, corporate law, in consulting and accompanying real estate transactions on matters relating to property law and real estate taxation, and deals, inter alia, with a wide variety of related issues in both commercial and residential settings, including real estate taxation appeals, and inheritance law.
In addition to her commercial and real estate practice, Maya has extensive experience in all aspects of Immigration Law and an extensive resume of honking in this field, including, inter alia, obtaining work permits and visas for foreign experts, businessmen, granting residence permits of all types and dealing with the various aspects of the immigration process to Israel in obtaining status at the Population and Immigration Authority, the Ministry of the Interior, assisting and providing support on immigration, Aliyah, conversion, citizenship and relocation processes, filing appeals and administrative petitions, accompaniment in the paternity claim processes, on humanitarian committees and in the nursing sector.
Maya also represents individuals, companies and investors in transactions and ventures in Georgia.
Nowadays, Maya is a Board Member and Legal Advisor to the Israel-Georgia Chamber of Commerce (IGCC).
Prior to joining the Firm in 2011, Maya worked, as of 2003, inter alia, as Associate and Legal Counsel for several leading companies in Georgia, Israel-Georgia Chamber of Business, and the Jewish Agency for Israel in the Caucasus Countries.
