Michael Vitan is a Partner in the firm’s litigation department.
Michael represents the firm’s clients in complex civil-commercial litigation cases, heard before all judicial instances, in particular, class actions, shareholders disputes, international disputes, as well as complex infrastructure and engineering projects.

Michael represents the firm’s clients in complex civil-commercial litigation cases, heard before all judicial instances, in particular, class actions, shareholders disputes, international disputes, as well as complex infrastructure and engineering projects.
During his studies, Michael participated in the human rights clinic, at the Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University, at which the honorable judge (Adv. at the time) Dori Spivak instructed him. Michael also contributed in several legislation activities, inter alia, in the corporate field of law as well as soldier rights and duties in the IDF. Michael also published several articles in the international journals of the IBA – International Bar Association.
Michael serves as an ambassador of Queen’s University in Israel.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Michael worked at the litigation department of leading law firms (2012-2018), where he had the privilege to work with the honorable judge (Ret.) Dr. Eliyahu Winograd, in drafting complex legal opinions for the firm’s clients.
