Moshe Brenner

Moshe Brenner is a Partner at M. Firon & Co. focusing on civil and commercial litigation and in particular complex and large-scale disputes.

Moshe’s extensive professional experience includes providing representation in all Israel’s courts and judicial bodies as well as conducting arbitration and mediation proceedings in complex disputes. His clients include some of the largest corporations in Israel’s economy, such as hotel chains, international pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, infrastructure companies, real estate entrepreneurs and so forth.

Over the years, Moshe has conducted large-scale commercial lawsuits before all Israel’s courts including the Supreme Court and has contributed to rulings with major significance for the firm’s clients in particular, and for the Israeli economy in general. Moshe provides the firm’s clients with comprehensive legal support from strategic legal planning at the pre-trial stage, through to conducting the legal proceedings in court and including implementation of the legal ruling for the client in the most effective and informed way.
