Naama Zer-Kavod is a partner in M. Firon & Co’s litigation department, specializing in commercial and administrative litigation.
Naama Zer-Kavod is a partner in M. Firon & Co’s litigation department, specializing in commercial and administrative litigation. Naama has more than 20 years of experience working in civil-commercial law, with special emphasis on administrative law, including in providing companies and corporations with representation in the various courts, including the Supreme Court and administrative petitions.
Naama provides ongoing legal support to government and private corporations and to non-profit organizations. Her work includes the drafting of complex legal opinions, preparing and assisting in the adoption and enforcement of compliance plans, preparing procedures and supporting corporations during crises with a perspective of the client’s overall needs, as well as support in legislative proceedings. Naama also provides ongoing support to the firm’s clients on environmental issues and provides complex opinions and representation in the various courts.
Naama has extensive experience in tenders’ law, including support for tender committees, providing opinions and representation in administrative appeals.
Naama has expertise in the field of auditing, with many years of experience representing entities audited by the State Comptroller’s Office, in order to minimize any possible exposure arising from their published reports and to ensure proper compliance with administrative regulations. Naama also assists audited entities in correcting shortcomings. In this area, Naama has successfully represented many audited entities, including some of the largest and best known, governmental and hybrid companies in Israel, as well as well-known public figures and municipal organizations. Naama has considerable experience working with the State Attorney’s Audit Commission, with various Knesset committees and with government ministries.
Naama also represents clients with the ILA after having acquired much experience working with the ILA over the years in representing substantial entities in the economy including both strategic and government companies.
Naama’s clients enjoy a high professional level of legal service with devotion, loyalty, personal attention and accessibility and an overall perspective of the client’s needs.
Naama joined M. Firon & Co. in 2018. For many years prior to joining the firm, Naama was managing partner and head of the litigation department at the law firm of Gideon Fisher & Co.
Naama also volunteers in support of non-profit organizations including by representing the “BilaDayHem” organization with government ministries (including the promotion of a Knesset bill) and teaches legal studies at an elementary school in Binyamina.
