Omer Tikolsky is a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities Department.
Omer has broad experience in providing consultation, support and legal representation to public companies and reporting corporations on the various legal aspects involved in operating in the capital market, including dealing with the issuance of periodic and immediate reports, public and private offerings and acquisition offers, as well as providing legal advice on issues involving securities and corporate law.

Omer has broad experience in providing consultation, support and legal representation to public companies and reporting corporations on the various legal aspects involved in operating in the capital market, including dealing with the issuance of periodic and immediate reports, public and private offerings and acquisition offers, as well as providing legal advice on issues involving securities and corporate law.
Furthermore, Omer is highly conversant with all aspects of issuances and capital raising in transactions where the sums involved amount to billions of Shekels, both on the secondary market and in the context of IPOs, as well as having unique experience in providing legal support for securitization transactions as well as transactions which involve the listing for trading of debentures on the Stock Exchange’s TASE UP platform. In addition, Omer works in the field of commercial law, including providing legal advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, investment agreements, management agreements, employment agreements, shareholder agreements and service provider agreements.
Omer joined the firm in 2010.
