Or Nass is an associate in the Insolvency & Restructuring practice Department in the firm.

He is specializing in bankruptcy and financial restructuring law. He provides legal advice and guidance to a wide range of entities, including non-profit organizations, foundations, and public benefit companies.

Or offers ongoing legal counsel to government institutions and their executives, from establishment and registration stages to advising on desired operational methods, including restructuring, rehabilitation, and regulation.

Or assists in drafting legal contracts and handles real estate, regulatory, contract, and procurement issues. He also represents clients before authorities and in audit processes. Within his practice, Or also supports the ultra-Orthodox sector, providing legal advice to individuals, organizations, businesses, and entities operating within this community, including prominent figures.

Before joining his current firm, Or served as an in-house counsel and legal advisor at Gindi Investments Group, providing guidance and support to the marketing and sales department and overseeing the legal operations of the firm’s legal team. He then held various management roles in a commercial real estate group, serving as a personal assistant to the CEO and the group’s chairman. Concurrently, Or managed the group’s insurance system, including projects, contractors, properties, and employees, from both legal and business perspectives.
