Oren Tenenboim is co-head of Firon’s Litigation department.
Mr. Tenenboim specializes in complex litigation cases before all Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration, and mediation. Mr. Tenenboim’s main practice involves civil-commercial law (corporations, contracts, commercial torts, infrastructure projects) as well as administrative law (tenders). Similarly, Mr. Tenenboim has served as an arbitrator and mediator in complex commercial matters for many years.
His clientele includes both Israeli as well as multinational corporations.

Mr. Tenenboim’s main practice involves civil-commercial law (corporations, contracts, commercial torts, infrastructure projects) as well as administrative law (tenders). Similarly, Mr. Tenenboim has served as an arbitrator and mediator in complex commercial matters for many years.
His clientele includes both Israeli as well as multinational corporations.
Among others, Mr. Tenenboim represents a multinational company involved in arbitration in Israel in connection with a local energy company and the construction of a power station in Israel (approximately NIS 800 million); a group of insurance companies – one of the largest in Israel – in a lawsuit (as well as a countersuit) relating to one of the largest shopping malls in Israel (approximately NIS 800 million); and a leading academic institution in a lawsuit filed by the Bernard Madoff Trustee, also for hundreds of millions of shekels.
Mr. Tenenboim is his clients’ confidant and excels at handling sensitive and complex issues, to their satisfaction, whether in or out of court. His professional approach is founded on his complete mastery of all legal dispute resolution techniques coupled with the ability to study all aspects of each client’s operations, in depth. His rich experience and constant willingness to learn each new client’s unique needs alongside his sensitivity and loyalty to his clients have made Mr. Tenenboim a true partner in every complex litigation challenge.
In 1996, after interning with the Israel Supreme Court (the late Hon. Justice Dov Levin), Mr. Tenenboim joined the Bach, Arad, Scharf & Co. law firm, first as an intern and then as an associate, quickly becoming a partner. Later (at the start of 2016), Mr. Tenenboim joined Firon Law Firm as part of the merger with the firm of Epstein, Khomsky, Osnat & Co.
For a number of years, Mr. Tenenboim has been serving as a member of the Israel Bar Association – Tel Aviv District Ethics Committee.
For many years, Mr. Tenenboim also acts as the firm’s representative and point of contact in the international Multilaw global network of law firms.
