Oshrit specializes in providing ongoing support and consultation to a wide range of leading Israeli companies operating in diverse areas, on Labor Law and related subjects, as well as in the management of work-related disputes, in various judicial instances and proceedings, and with regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining the firm, Oshrit interned at the Public Defenders’ office in Jerusalem, and thereafter joined a leading criminal law firm where she dealt with complex “white-collar” criminal files in various fields, involving anti-trust law, money laundering, and financial offenses.
Oshrit joined the firm in 2019.
The Labor Law Department deals with all laws of the State of Israel which concern and/or require the employment of workers, including: Consultancy regarding protective labor laws; hearing proceedings; sexual harassment; maltreatment; termination of employment; drafting agreements of employment, termination of employment and agreements with manpower contractors, maintenance companies and security companies; drafting engagement agreements with independent service providers; due diligence; occupation restriction proceedings; class actions; whistle-blower protection; drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and more.
