Advocate Racheli Minay is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Dept.
Racheli represents companies and business in a wide variety of complex commercial and civil disputes and has extensive experience in providing representation in courts and at arbitrations, including on issues relating to contract law, construction and infrastructure disputes, company law, real estate and land disputes, together with providing ongoing, pre-litigation representation. Racheli is a certified mediator.

Racheli represents companies and business in a wide variety of complex commercial and civil disputes and has extensive experience in providing representation in courts and at arbitrations, including on issues relating to contract law, construction and infrastructure disputes, company law, real estate and land disputes, together with providing ongoing, pre-litigation representation. Racheli is a certified mediator.
Attorney Minay represents a wide spectrum of clients including private and public companies, private individuals in many fields, including real estate, infrastructure, finance, insurance, communications, health, energy, tourism, retail, etc .
Before joining the Firm in 2014, Racheli interned in the commercial litigation department at a leading law firm (2012-2013).
Racheli participated in the Transnational Legal Studies program held in under the auspices of Georgetown University, Washington, USA (2012). She also served as a teaching assistant on the contract law course given by Dr. Shmulik Bacher in the academic track of the College of Management Academic Studies and by Prof. Moshe Galbard at Bar Ilan University (2011-2014).
Racheli volunteered at the “Yedid” association which provides legal assistance to the underprivileged.
