Renato Jarach

Renato is one of Israel’s most seasoned and esteemed attorneys in the areas of Administrative Law, Tenders and Regulation. His vast experience includes 16 years of service at the State Attorney’s Office, where he reached the coveted position of Head of the High Court of Justice Litigation Department. Upon completion of his senior public tenures, Renato shifted his focus to the private sector and has since accumulated three decades of hands-on experience in representing leading enterprises in their business relationships with governmental and municipal agencies and authorities. This unique, twofold experience, incorporating perspectives from both the public and private sectors, gives Renato an exclusive ability to handle elaborate administrative matters with unparalleled professionalism among his Israeli colleagues in this area of practice.

Renato’s impressive resume includes hundreds of appearances before the Supreme Court, district courts and magistrate courts, alongside appearances before planning & zoning committees and other tribunals.
