Ron Bar-Nir is a partner in the firm and manages the firm’s Eastern European operations.
Mr. Bar-Nir is one of Israel’s international commercial law top attorneys, with special expertise in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and insolvency. Over the years, Mr. Bar-Nir has consulted on complex transactions and projects executed overseas, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Bar-Nir serves as managing partner of the Firon Bar-Nir (Europe) offices located in Bucharest, Athens, Sofia, and Belgrade. Mr. Bar-Nir represents a broad spectrum of Israeli as well as foreign corporations and entities with extensive activities throughout the European continent. His clientele enjoys top-notch legal and business counsel, based on many years of experience practicing in the international arena, his direct acquaintance with regulatory and governmental bodies overseas, and his extensive network of business collaborations throughout many countries.
Similarly, Mr. Bar-Nir is one of the leading attorneys in Israel in the field of insolvency as well as liquidation, receivership, and debt settlements. Mr. Bar-Nir has accumulated many years of experience in the field and serves as a receiver and liquidator for leading publicly traded companies as well as a representative of creditors, trustees, and debtors of all types. In recent years, Mr. Bar-Nir has handled many complex insolvency and debt settlements involving publicly traded companies that at their apex were some of the most prominent in Israel in their industries and often found themselves at the center of public attention. Among his many other clients, Mr. Bar-Nir has represented large banks in Israel in receivership and liquidation proceedings and has been appointed by both Israeli and Romanian courts to act as receiver on their behalf.
