Rona specializes in commercial-civil litigation and corporate litigation.
She represents her clients in a wide range of complex disputes involving amounts ranging up to hundreds of millions of shekels. Rona handles a diverse array of civil, commercial, and corporate litigation cases, including stock disputes, director liability, contractual disputes, derivative actions, representative actions, and more. Rona has unique experience in managing international disputes for both foreign and domestic clients, with numerous appearances before all levels of the Israeli judiciary, including the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Rona holds a mediator certificate and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Within the framework of the IBA, Rona participated in the Young Leader for Peace project in collaboration with the CEELI Institute in Prague.
Her clients include international corporations and conglomerates from around the world and from various industries, such as hi-tech, energy, aviation, security industries, real estate, and more.
