With almost two decades of professional experience at the forefront of real estate in Israel, Ronen provides, among other things, comprehensive advice on intricate real estate and construction transactions and projects. His services span across the project’s entire life cycle, including the initial contact between the land owners and the developer, the planning by the regulatory bodies and committees, the drafting of bank loan agreements, the formation of the contractual array for marketing, the drafting of construction agreements and the registration of the project’s proprietary rights.
Ronen is a true expert on real estate project funding, representing some of the largest institutional investors in Israel in loan and credit transactions for companies and developers. Likewise, he specializes in real estate taxation and he regularly represents clients before the Tax Authority. Ronen is known for his skillful proficiency in different planning and zoning procedures, including objections, appeals and advancing urban construction plans.
Ronen is seasoned at supporting a vast range of residential and commercial real estate projects, representing some of Israel’s top-rated real estate companies, contractors and private developers. Over the years, he has advised on large-scale real estate projects, at times encompassing thousands of residential units.
On top of the aforementioned, Ronen has extensive knowledge and experience in handling different commercial transactions.
