Roy Farkash

Roy Farkash is an associate in the Real Estate Department at Firon Law Firm.

Roy specializes in transactions involving incoming yielding real estate and urban renewal, including office and commercial projects, combination transactions, TAMA 38 projects and group purchases.

During his studies, Roy was a director and one of the founders of the RIMON Association, which assists the graduates of the special unit “RIMON” during their military service and afterwards.

Roy joined the firm in 2019.

Our Real Estate legal team represents some of Israel’s largest companies in this field, and leads significant, complex project with budgets of billions of shekels. The team has extensive experience with ongoing legal representation in complex projects of various uses, including shopping malls, commercial centers, employment compounds and office areas, throughout all project stages.

The team assists in the negotiations ahead of deal closings, in due diligence reviews, in partnership and management agreements, in work with the financing institutions and with the finance agreements, and of course, with ongoing legal advice to and representation of the property owners, including the drafting of lease and management agreements.
The Firm works with clients who own and manage tens of thousands of square meters of yielding properties, including offices, commercial centers, telecommunication facilities, a park, logistical facilities, power centers, fitness centers, and more.
