Ms. Moussayoff represents both Israeli as well as foreign corporations, privately held as well as publicly traded companies, financial institutions, as well as investment funds and venture capital funds in a variety of local and international transactions. Alongside her extensive experience in general commercial law, Ms. Moussayoff specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate financing, investment funds, and regulation. She is also expert in transactions involving heavily regulated enterprises, such as investment firms, banks, and corporations, operating in the communications and technology industries.
Ms. Moussayoff is renowned for her professionalism in protecting her clients’ interests in their transactions; creating a system of checks and balances in each deal to the satisfaction of her clients and all parties to the transaction; conducting complex negotiations assertively, efficiently, and extremely professionally; as well as finding exceptionally creative solutions.
