Sasi Menahem is co-head of Firon’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
Mr. Menahem specializes in litigating complex civil and commercial lawsuits for considerable sums that cover all aspects of law, finance, and professional issues. Mr. Menahem is particularly expert in complex lawsuits in the field of contractor law, including BOT type infrastructure projects, commercial real estate projects, and residential real estate projects. Mr. Menahem has also earned extensive experience in handling real estate partnership dissolution claims as well as complex, multiparty lawsuits that demand particularly unique expertise.

Mr. Menahem specializes in litigating complex civil and commercial lawsuits for considerable sums that cover all aspects of law, finance, and professional issues. Mr. Menahem is particularly expert in complex lawsuits in the field of contractor law, including BOT type infrastructure projects, commercial real estate projects, and residential real estate projects. Mr. Menahem has also earned extensive experience in handling real estate partnership dissolution claims as well as complex, multiparty lawsuits that demand particularly unique expertise.
Mr. Menahem’s clientele includes a diverse collection of commercial corporations and entities, including real estate and infrastructure companies, construction contractors, manufacturers and distributors, as well as private businesspeople. He similarly represents Israeli companies operating overseas that require representation in dispute resolution.
Mr. Menahem’s law practice is characterized by his in-depth understanding of his clients’ operations and his absolute mastery of every detail of each of his cases. This understanding, coupled with his rich and focused experience in his fields of expertise, enable him to represent his clients in even the most complex and protracted disputes, some of which stretch over years, and still obtain creative and successful outcomes for them.
Mr. Menahem also has extensive and diverse experience that he accumulated over the years in representing his clients before all forums of the Israeli judicial system, including in arbitrations and mediations, while at the same time both providing ongoing counsel to his clients from the inception of a dispute as well as handling prelitigation proceedings.
Just to skim the surface, Mr. Menahem provided ongoing litigation support and representation in the construction of a national infrastructure project in the scope of approximately 2 billion shekels. He represented some of Israel’s leading entrepreneurial and development companies in litigation seeking dissolution of joint ownership in real estate in an amount exceeding 500 million shekels. He represented shareholders in a corporate dispute worth approximately 80 million shekels. He represented a foreign multinational corporation in a contractor dispute relating to the construction of an energy project in Israel; various clients in complex shareholder disputes involving allegations of minority shareholder oppression and separation lawsuits; a variety of companies in different proceedings pending before the District Courts’ Economic Division; some of the largest infrastructure companies in Israel in disputes with clients who ordered PFI and PPP projects in amounts estimated at hundreds of millions of shekels; as well as some of the largest construction companies in Israel in disputes for amounts coming to tens of millions of shekels.
The combination of Mr. Menahem’s attributes – including uncompromising loyalty to his clients; professionalism and attention to detail; and knowledge and expertise in the types of disputes that he handles – and the way he manages his clients’ matters while applying persistent tactical and strategic thinking characterized by thoughtful and creative flexibility place Mr. Menahem at the top tier of attorneys in the field of contractor litigation in Israel.
Mr. Menahem joined the firm as an associate in 2005. He was made partner in 2013 and was nominated as co-head of Firon’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department in 2024.
