During her studies, Shir was active in the District Attorney’s “Practical Experience” project which gave students the opportunity to work on significant files in which the D.A.’s office was engaged.
Shir joined the firm in 2021.

Consequently, the department provides thorough, efficient, creative and winning legal advice. The department provides consultation and legal representation in numerous areas of litigation while dealing with various tribunals, courts and pre-litigation proceedings, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, administrative litigation, class actions, intellectual property, insolvency, defamation, capital market, competition and antitrust litigation and more.
