Shiri Lind is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Law Dept. and Head of personal wealth management practice.
Ms. Lind represents some of Israel’s most prominent companies and regularly advises them on their commercial and legal activities in Israel and around the world, from their ongoing business conduct and all the way through strategic decisions made during the life of the company. Given Ms. Lind’s in-depth, personal, familiarity with her clients and her legal as well as commercial skills, she is regularly involved in her clientele’s day-to-day operations, and her counsel is an integral part of her clients’ decision-making processes. Thanks to her uncompromising professionalism and sensitivity, Ms. Lind’s clientele all value her as their loyal confidant.
Ms. Lind is particularly expert, among other things, in drafting complex commercial agreements, including distribution agreements and retail contracts. Her professional experience includes spearheading and managing commercial transactions for some of the largest companies in Israel from a broad spectrum of industries and sectors, providing general legal counsel including on all aspects of government regulation, with an emphasis on the food industry (including active involvement in all stages of enactment of legislation and regulations) as well as consumer protection. Moreover, Ms. Lind has diverse and extensive experience in counseling various entities in the fields of communications and telecommunications, from famous creators and performers, talent, actors’ agents, and all the way through production and communications companies, all of whom she assists in protecting their intellectual property and other rights.
Ms. Lind also heads the firm’s personal wealth management practice. As part of her practice, Ms. Lind represents high net worth businesspeople, both Israelis as well as foreign residents, and specializes in formulating creative legal structures to preserve their assets in Israel and around the world, including in matters of inheritance, offering them tailor-made solutions and assistance in donating to both public as well as private institutions.
Ms. Lind specializes in all aspects of personal law in Israel and is experienced in conducting negotiations and handling complex personal financial agreements (prenuptial, postdoctoral, etc.), joint life agreements, guardianships, enduring powers of attorney, divorce agreements, wills, estates, trusts, endowments, including court approval and execution of wills, and all ancillary proceedings that take place before the various authorities whether in Israel or around the world.
Similarly, Ms. Lind is expert in inheritance law and handles complex and asset heavy estates requiring, among other things, assistance in managing companies, including complex relationships between shareholders.
Ms. Lind offers expertise and great sensitivity in understanding each client’s needs and obtaining the best possible outcomes for them. In light of her extensive commercial experience, she combines the fields of personal status and commercial law and provides her clients with a full-featured package for all of their needs. Thus, she also handles intergenerational transfers and provides this legal service to some of the wealthiest families in Israel.
