Shirley Dahan is a partner in the firm and has extensive experience in commercial-business law, particularly corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international commerce, and startup companies.
Ms. Dahan advises companies and other business entities, including various international organizations, in a variety of areas of activity, providing the full spectrum of legal services required for business, from ongoing issues in a corporation’s life, through a variety of deals and transactions and agreements, and culminating in counsel on large-scale, complex international transactions. Ms. Dahan has represented both Israeli as well as foreign clients in several of the most significant antidumping cases in Israel.
Over the years, Ms. Dahan has focused on representing startup companies in a variety of industries, including cyber, cellular, healthcare, and green energy, through all phases of their development, from the start of their journey in the development and protection of their intellectual property and review of the legal basis and legality of their planned activities, to inception of commercial operations and the raising of capital, and all the way through regulation of shareholder relationships. She has also lent her legal guidance to joint ventures and merger and acquisition deals.
Ms. Dahan further represents a variety of investors, including private equity funds, in conducting due diligence reviews and making investments in startup companies.
