Shirly Schnider

Shirly Schnider is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Shirly specializes in Real Estate and Commercial Law with over 22 years of experience in such fields.

Adv. Schnider supports, on a regular basis, a wide range of clients, including some of Israel’s largest commercial companies, contractors,  real estate developers and private land owners. She was one of the pioneers in the fields of Pinui Binui projects [Vacate and Build] and Urban Renewal and has advised large-scale projects on all aspects of such transactions, including financing, planning and construction, through to project completion. In addition, Shirly also has considerable experience in real estate transactions involving the Israel Land Authority and in combination deals, accompanying contractors as well as sale transactions.

Adv. Schnider also has expertise in M&A transactions, management agreements, shareholder agreements, transactions involving the sale of business activities and providing legal advice on general commercial matters such as sale of companies, company activities, business franchising and more.
