Adv. Shlomo Kroub with an experience of two decades in civil and commercial law. Adv. Kroub specializing in corporate advisory and project guidance and, serves as legal counsel to various commercial entities, municipal corporations, associations, and more.

Within the legal services scope, Adv. Kroub provides personalized support to the clients of the firm throughout all stages of commercial transactions. His extensive expertise includes drafting diverse commercial contracts such as investment agreements, founders’ agreements, distribution agreements, management agreements, service agreements, and more.

Adv. Kroub is also a specialist in civil and commercial litigation, appearing before various legal tribunals, including administrative courts and the Supreme Court. Additionally, he is well-versed in complex arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Adv. Kroub, Attorney and Notary, Lt. Col. (Res.) born in 1957, established his own office at the beginning of 2000, which he led until its merger with the Firon Law Offices. He completed his legal studies at Tel Aviv University in 1989, specializing at the Ya’akov Salomon Lipshitz & Co. law firm. He commenced his legal career at the Yosef Yeshurun & Co. law firm and became a partner in 1994, later founding his own office in 2000, as mentioned, until its merger with the Firon Law Offices.

Adv. Kroub played a role in developing the curriculum for the establishment of the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa. From 1991 to 1994, he was part of the academic staff at the university. He was appointed by the Ministry of Justice in 2014 as the Chairman (Joint) of the Ethics Committee under the Patient’s Rights Law at Rambam Medical Center.

Serving as the representative of the Government of Israel (Ministry of Science), Adv. Kroub sits on the Board of Governors of the Shemer Institute for Research, an institute operating at a high standard with about 70 researchers in various scientific fields, under the auspices of the University of Haifa.

Appointed by the Minister of Justice, Adv. Kroub has been serving as the Chairman (Joint) of the Ethics Committee under the Patient’s Rights Law at Rambam Medical Center since 2014. In 2019, he was appointed by the Minister of Justice as the Chairman of the Ethics Committee under the Patient’s Rights Law at the Holy Family Hospital in Nazareth.
