Sivan specializing and has extensive experience in real estate law and financing, including all facets of project and infrastructure financing and including experience in complex real estate transactions, representation of real estate developers, lenders, and financing entities (banks, institutional entities, and various investment funds) in project finance deals, a variety of purchasing group financing, profit yielding real estate, and residential real estate transactions, as well as representation of franchisees and BOT and PFI project initiators.
In recent years, Ms. Atias has been representing a government ministry as well as a governmental corporation in the pioneering and groundbreaking field of long-term, stable, and established residential rental complexes, which is one of the government’s and the government housing division’s initiatives in the battle against high housing costs.
Ms. Atias joined the firm as an associate in 2010 and made partner in 2018.
