Adv. Tzachi Feldman is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Law Dept.
He has worked in that field for more than 13 years and has acquired extensive know-how and experience relating, inter alia, to company acquisitions, mergers, ongoing consultation and support to private and public companies in respect of their day-to-day operations as well as at a strategic level and on regulatory issues, distribution agreements, conducting negotiations and implementing complex business transactions, private and public fund-raising and in establishing and supporting start-ups.

He has worked in that field for more than 13 years and has acquired extensive know-how and experience relating, inter alia, to company acquisitions, mergers, ongoing consultation and support to private and public companies in respect of their day-to-day operations as well as at a strategic level and on regulatory issues, distribution agreements, conducting negotiations and implementing complex business transactions, private and public fund-raising and in establishing and supporting start-ups.
Tzachi’s clients, many of whom have been with him for many years and look on him as someone they can trust, include corporations operating in a variety of sectors, including large international food corporations, companies from the credit insurance and business information sectors, the Israeli investment arm of an international investment fund and corporations involved in various fields of industry as well as start-up companies.
Adv. Feldman is an experienced commercial litigator and represents clients in complex commercial disputes in all legal forums and in arbitrations. Adv. Feldman has been appointed by the courts as the presiding official in insolvency proceedings requiring appropriate business and commercial understanding both in Israel and overseas.
Tzachi’s know-how and extensive experience enable him to provide comprehensive advice that frequently exceeds narrow legal considerations and takes a global view of what is best for his clients.
Adv. Feldman serves as a mediator and arbitrator and has also served for several years as chairman of the Municipal Taxation Appeals Committee, as the chairman of the Bar Association’s Capital Market Committee, and as a senior lecturer in the Excellence Program at the Netanya Academic College.
In addition, Adv. Feldman works as a volunteer, including estate management for the Schneider Children’s Hospital and assisting victims of hostilities in the Gaza Strip.
Prior to joining Firon, Adv. Feldman served as the head of the Commercial Law department of a well established law firm at which he was a senior partner.
