Udi Efron is a co-vice chairman and partner in the firm, heading the firm’s Capital Markets: Corporations and Securities practice.
Mr. Efron is one of the leading attorneys in capital markets. His extensive experience boasts public offerings, raising capital, and some of the most significant mergers in Israel, at sums equaling billions of shekels, alongside the regular and extensive handling of securities law matters for some of the most prominent and well-known companies in Israel. This rich experience coupled with his professional history at the Israel Securities Authority and a naturally-honed understanding of economics give Mr. Efron the ability to handle any business initiative involving securities in the Israeli capital market, no matter how complex.
Mr. Efron’s unique and distinct expertise in the capital markets was gained, among other things, during the course of his tenure at the Israel Securities Authority. Similarly, Mr. Efron has many years of experience in and an in-depth understanding of all levels of litigation involving capital markets pending before the Economic Division of the District Court. Mr. Efron also provides commercial representation of both corporations and individuals in private as well as public transactions as well as trustees and corporate officers.
In addition to his work at the firm, Mr. Efron occasionally lectures on capital markets and corporate law at various academic institutions and professional forums.
