Prior to joined the firm in 2021, Yael worked at a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property.
The Intellectual Property Department specializes in all aspects of modern IP, starting with the drafting and registration of patents, designs and trademarks, through IP litigation and protection of rights before various courts, and ending with the commercialization of IP rights. The department provides support and representation in relation to all legal aspects and proceedings before all relevant courts, and also frequently supports and consults other departments of the firm, regarding various transactions such as M&As, public offerings and capital raising deals, as well as in inheritance disputes concerning IP .
