Adv. Yariv Kesner is a partner at Firon and head of the firm’s Hi-Tech, Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds department.
Adv. Kesner specializes in the representation of technology driven ventures, from start-ups to established tech companies, investors (funds and private investors) board and senior management members. Yariv’s clients cover various fields of technology and life sciences, vast majority of them with extensive international operation.

Adv. Kesner specializes in the representation of technology driven ventures, from start-ups to established tech companies, investors (funds and private investors) board and senior management members. Yariv’s clients cover various fields of technology and life sciences, vast majority of them with extensive international operation.
Yariv has wide experience in representing technological initiatives at all stages of their corporate development and corporate financing. In addition to assisting start-ups with their day-to-day business, Yariv expertise in all aspects of commercial and technology transactions including development agreements, software escrow agreements, contractual arrangements with universities and research laboratories, cross border growth, corporate financing including venture capital and venture lending transactions, joint ventures, licensing, data protection and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Yariv advises Private Equity Funds regarding their incorporation and operating methods as well as fund-raising from limited partners, negotiating side letters and ongoing advice to the general partner. In addition, Yariv advises funds in connection with all sorts of equity and financing transactions of the funds’ portfolio companies including the realization of the holdings of the funds and all sorts of M&A transactions in such companies.
Yariv is involved in socio-business initiatives in the field of hi-tech, such as the WonderFounder initiative, which aims to promote technological ventures founded by women, and the Frontline Initiative, which was established at the end of 2023 to assist technology companies, in which at least one of the senior figures is called for reserve duty in the context of the Israel-Hamas War.
Yariv joined Firon at the end of 2023.
