Yossi specializes in all aspects related to real estate.
He has represented contractors and promoters and specializes in complex projects and transactions involved in real estate and construction projects designated both for residential and commercial purposes.
His experience encompasses all facets of the life of a project – starting from the financing stage, proceeding to drawing up agreements between contractors, residents and other parties in the project, and ending with the final registration of properties at the Land Registration Bureau.
Yossi represents the firm’s clients in the various courts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Yossi interned with the Southern District Criminal Advocates Office.
Our residential real estate team has extensive experience in the field, and personally handles all aspects of every transaction through to its successful completion. The team provides comprehensive consultation and representation for projects in Israel and abroad, offers wall-to-wall services to real estate developers, handles all facets of complex projects, including the engagement between the developer and the landowners, land tax, the planning and building process, representation of landowners in ‘combination transactions’, representation in project finance negotiations, representation through all stages of construction and marketing, and ongoing consultation with any and all issues that arise in the course of the project, through full registration of buyers’ rights.
Our residential real-estate team handles complex rental and other projects, and at any given moment is responsible for thousands of apartments. The team also represents government ministries and companies, including for the purpose of building rental apartments and student dormitories. In the last few years, the Firm won first place in representation of urban renewal developers, purchase of commercial centers, and representation of the Finance Ministry and government companies in residential rental property projects.
