Yuval Chen

Adv. Yuval Chen is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Advocate Chen specializes in civil and commercial litigation with a special emphasis on handling complex litigation cases. Over the years, he has handled disputes in all areas of civil and commercial law, including defamation, company law, contract law, real estate, intellectual property, privacy protection, etc.

Yuval has particular expertise in providing support for corporations, companies and businesses, which integrates mediation at the pre-litigation stage with dispute resolution. In the context of providing his support, Yuval provides a comprehensive and broad response for its clients, starting with acquiring an understanding of the client’s business model, then creating a strategic work plan to prevent any future legal disputes and concluding with the management of complex litigation cases in the various legal instances.

Yuval is a certified and a MHOT court-appointed mediator combining mediation with the world of law, psychology and Judaism (Kabala, Hasidism).

Yuval previously served as an instructor on the ‘Penal Law’ course (1996-1997), as well as an examiner on the Administrative Law and Civil Procedure courses (1999) at the Netanya Academic College. Yuval also volunteers at Kfar Idud, which is a unique model of sheltered housing, designed for adults with learning, functioning and conforming difficulties due to brain damage. Yuval has also worked as a volunteer at the Elam Association (1999-2000).
